Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. is the world's largest stainless steel production base and the only full-process stainless steel production enterprise in China. The coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project of Taigang Stainless Steel Coking Plant has attracted many environmental protection engineering suppliers of heavyweight metallurgical industry. After fierce bidding, Jiangsu Sunpower Technology Co., Ltd. Consortium has won the affirmation of the owners and judges based on good industry references, strong execution strength, excellent technical solutions, perfect guarantee system and reasonable capital quotation, and successfully won the bid.
The project adopts sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization and low temperature selective reduction denitration process. The sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization process has no white plume, which solves the white plume problem that troubles the wet desulfurization process, and is a promising desulfurization process route. The low-temperature selective reduction denitration process is the most advanced denitration process route at present, which broadens the temperature window of the selective reduction denitration process, is suitable for multi-industry flue gas denitration, and has broad application prospects.
